Cancellation Policy

A valid card on file is required at the time of booking your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, Pout About It Med Spa requires at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 fee. This includes last-minute cancellations due to tardiness (15 minutes or more) that prevent the service provider from completing your appointment.
